Anything over roughly 21-22 ft long, 10 ft tall or 15,000 lb is outside our equipment - large motorhomes and semi tractors, for example. We also do not remove cars that are blocking you in, and we do not haul vehicles to a salvage yard.
Yes. One goes up on the bed and the second comes behind on the wheel lift. The same applies if your truck broke down with a trailer or a boat attached.
Up to about 200 miles. On long runs we take a $150-200 deposit so the fuel both ways is covered if the job falls through after we arrive.
Distance, and the condition of the car: whether it goes into neutral, whether both wheels roll, and whether it has to be pulled out before it can be loaded. Loading from flat pavement costs less than recovering from a ditch.
