A winch-out gets your car back onto the pavement. A tow carries it somewhere else. Very often you only need the first one - the car is undamaged, it drives, and that is the end of it.

Yes. We have recovered loaded trucks with trailers sitting on their axles - including one leaning on a guardrail on Christmas night. The side-recovery unit sets its outriggers first, so the truck stays planted instead of sliding toward the ditch while it pulls.

That is your decision and we will not push you either way. If anyone is hurt, call 911 - they bring every service that is needed and take care of both you and the car. If nobody is hurt and the police have not arrived, we can pull the car out and take it wherever you want.
