A tow starts with a car sitting on pavement. Recovery is everything that has to happen before that - righting a car on its side, pulling one out of a ditch or up an embankment, clearing the scene. Then the tow happens.
Your location and a photo showing how the vehicle is lying. Those two decide the whole approach: which way it is resting, what it is resting on, and whether there is solid ground for the outriggers. Also tell us whether anyone is still inside and whether police are already on scene.
Yes. The side-recovery unit sets its outriggers first, and that is what makes it safe to roll a vehicle back onto its wheels.
It depends on what they decide. If they have not arrived yet, or they have and everything is in order, we can load your car and take it wherever you want. If they determine the driver is impaired, the car goes with the tow company they work with instead of us. That is their call, not ours.
If anyone is hurt, call 911, always. They bring every service that is needed and take care of you and the car. If nobody is hurt, it is your decision - we do not give recommendations on that, because people should choose for themselves.
They come with the car. Collecting everything at the scene is part of finishing the job properly.
No. We do not do salvage or junk hauling. We will take it to a shop, a body shop, or any address you give us.
